Purple Aires, BHS swing choir, is offered to juniors and seniors selected by ability. Purple Aires sing for community events, put on a spring show and often take tours. Acappella choir is open to sophomores, juniors and seniors of above average vocal ability. Admission to Acappella is by audition. Regular concerts are given as well as participation in All-State, musical state contest and music festival. Mixed Chorus is open to all students who have a strong desire to sing well. Regular concerts are given as well as participation in the musical and state contest.
